Whalesharks
The whaleshark is the biggest fish in the world, it can grow up to 12.2 m. (40 ft.) in length and can weigh up to 13.6 tonnes.
Despite its enormous size, it does not pose any danger to humans since it feeds on phytoplankton, macro-algae, plankton, krill and small nektonic life, such as small squid or vertebrates.
During Whale Shark season, you can snorkel with this gentle giant on our daily trip.
Whale Shark season is June – mid September and sighting is guaranteed: If you do not swim with at least one whale shark at least once, you get a full reimbursement or the opportunity to reschedule.
Bullsharks
The adrenaline rush of your life!
You can dive with bull sharks right here in Playa in a specific dive site. During bull shark season, this daily afternoon 1-tank dive will let you experience close-enough encounters with these magnificent sharks.
Our expert bull shark guides will lead you through a fun and safe experience that you will never forget! Our videographer , another bull shark expert, will accompany you on this dive. We don´t feed the sharks.
